After 3 days of downpour, our Petroleum County road is back to February 16th conditions. It has not been completely out of it since then, but we were getting sooo close! The Mussellshell is full and overflowing, but with no icejams this time, just lots of water! Quite the rainfall event out in these parts! I believe we got 3 inches, more or less. Felt like Indiana, except that the 3 inches of rain did not fall in one hour!
