Maybe "March Thaw" would be a safer label. In February, we had a warm spell that created flood conditions of dangerous proportions. This time, there is less snow to melt, but the ground is still frozen, leaving nowhere for the melt to go. We are on a very level parcel of real estate, so unless we can excavate some drainage routes, the water will all sit on top of the ground until it evaporates.
Ahhh, Spring!
Bring out the chaise lounges and suntan oil! And don't forget the inflatables!
